You have 14 working days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return an item that does not suit you.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with intact tags and in their original packaging.

Any item returned incomplete, worn, damaged or without its tag will not be accepted.

It is possible to group several orders in the same return package, provided that they were placed from the same customer account and that the return request was made via our return portal.

Metropolitan France: return shipping costs are covered by GACÉ.

Outside metropolitan France: return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Exchanges are not offered on our website.

If you would like a different size, a different model or a new color, we invite you to make a return and place a new order.

In-stock items

In-stock items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Two delivery methods are offered:

• La Poste – Colissimo home delivery: delivery in 2 to 3 business days in mainland France.
  
• Mondial Relay – Parcel pick-up point: delivery in 3 to 5 business days in mainland France.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Pre-order items

Some items are available for pre-order to ensure the most accurate production quantities.

For these items, the preparation time is 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped according to the chosen delivery method:

• Colissimo home delivery: delivery in 2 to 3 business days
  
• Mondial Relay – Parcel pick-up point: delivery in 3 to 5 business days
  

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 days.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed, indicating the refunded amount.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your order.

• Credit card payment: the refund will be credited to the card used for the purchase. Depending on bank processing times, it may appear in your account within an additional 5 business days.
• PayPal payment: the refund will be sent directly to your PayPal account.
