Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with labels intact and in their original packaging.

Any item returned incomplete, worn, damaged or without labels cannot be accepted.

It is possible to group several orders in the same return package, provided that they were placed from the same customer account and that the return request was made via our return portal.

Metropolitan France: return shipping costs are covered by GACÉ.

Outside Metropolitan France: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
