You have 14 working days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return an item that does not suit you.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with intact labels and in their original packaging.

Any item returned incomplete, worn, damaged or without labels will not be accepted.

It is possible to group several orders in the same return package, provided they were placed from the same customer account and the return request was made via our return portal.

Metropolitan France: return costs are covered by GACÉ.

Outside Metropolitan France: return costs are at the customer's expense.
